This weekend, Presby Memorial Iris Gardens in Montclair has got it all going on. Check out the annual student art exhibit displayed on the iron fence along Upper Mountain Ave. There’s a family garden party 11-3 with food and entertainment, an iris workshop for green thumbs, the best gardener’s gift shop in town, and guided tours of the iriscape, 11-2. Our irises finally made their debut this week. They surprised us: We were expecting monochromatic purple flowers but they are purple and white…gorgeous. Will post photos later.
