sewing.jpgThe South Orange-Maplewood Adult School has posted its fall catalog online! A print version will be mailed out to members of the community shortly, but if you see a particularly appealing class that might fill up quickly, use the online-enrollment option to secure your spot.

There’s great classes for kids of all ages being offered: kids from grades 4 and up can sign up for a juggling class taught by professional juggler Eric Wenoker; teenagers can enroll in a sewing class where they can learn to make a skull and cross bone pillow; and younger children (grades K-3) and parents alike may be drawn towards a class titled I’m a Super Hero! where their inner Superman or Wonder Woman can really shine. There are also SAT-prep courses, parent/child swimming lessons, and “cooking with kids” classes being offered.

You can explore the course offerings here.

Lily Oberman, a sophomore at Northwestern University, is a Maplewood resident and Barista Kids intern.

Wow. I could relate to and empathize with much of the perspective shared here. It's an inspirational story and exemplary contribution to both local and national history. Thank you for sharing. Best of luck to Sara and the MHS Girls Softball Team! Go Blue!
