One of the best things about summer is a more relaxed, less scheduled lifestyle. One of the worst things about summer is having bored kids. That’s why I think the Geyer Family YMCA’s new summer program called Prime Time Family Time is great.

On Thursday afternoons throughout the summer, families can drop-in at the Center to take Yoga or Zumba together. There’s no registration required and you don’t have to be a member. You just bring your crew to the Family Center to take a fun class together. It’s just $15 per member family or $20 for non-member families.

I love taking yoga with my girls and I’m especially excited about the Zumba class, which will be led by Eloiza Jorge.

Montclair is relatively heterogenous and, it could fairly be said, takes pride in its diversity. Has Montclair named a street or school after Dr. King? Why is that?
