UPDATE: Dog is returned to family.

Baristanet friend Fran Liscio sends the following:

Still have this sweet dog in my front yard, she was hungry and thirsty. I fed her and gave her water, she is as sweet and loving as can be. Her Montclair register tag says 2012, 0086, but no other info is there. Police found nothing, so I will have to bring her to the shelter. Please help me find her family. thanks everyone.

YAY! Doggie found, is now safe and sound with her family. They were out searching everywhere and when I was walking her, they drove by. Thank you so much, Baristanet for posting her photo and a phone number.
