Montclair Fleet Feet Hosts Events to Support Heart Health Month

February is National Heart Health Month and Fleet Feet Sports Montclair is making a special effort this month to increase awareness of heart disease and educate individuals on how to reduce their risk.

Join Fleet Feet Sports Montclair for the following Heart Health events:

* Walking Group – Every Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. for the month of February meet at Fleet Feet Sports Montclair (603 Bloomfield Avenue, Montclair NJ); 30 to 40 minute walk.

* Blood Pressure Screening on Tuesday, February 19 from 5-7 p.m. – Do you know your blood pressure reading and what it means? Receive counseling and educational material from the Community Health Department at Hackensack UMC Mountainside Hospital at the screening.

* Heart Health Talks – Cathy Scutti, Exercise Physiologist from the Community Health Department at Hackensack UMC Mountainside, will address signs and symptoms of a heart attack, discuss risk factors and provide resources for sedentary individuals on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at 6 p.m.

The cops don't need to be everywhere at once, the penalties need to be harsh. It is not hyperbole JC. No one is slowing down for a few hundred bucks. 5k or 10k and you can be sure that "speed won't be creeping up" on folks.
