IMG_9514Montclair’s Nishuane Park was the place to be yesterday, as gorgeous weather and incredible jazz came together at the Montclair Jazz Festival 2014.

An appreciative crowd grew as the day went on and were treated to amazing performances from young talented musicians from Jazz House Kids, and headliners including an insane set from John Scofield with Christian McBride and later, Chuchito Valdes, who closed the show and had the crowd cheering and dancing.

Baristanet was proud to be a media sponsor for the Montclair Jazz Festival and we loved meeting old readers and making new ones at our booth, and handing out our Baristanet frisbees and beach balls. Check out photos throughout the day in our Montclair Jazz Festival slide show below and visit Barista Kids to see all the young jazz fans.

I will really miss their store. It was always so easy and fun to find a fun gift there. Walking into their store made me feel like I was transported into a faraway happy place!
