With the month soon coming to a chose, here’s a look at Glen Ridge Police sporting facial hair to raise both funds and awareness of the “Zeuner Foundation,” which supports terminally diagnosed cancer patients, their caretakers and families.

The inspiration for The Zeuner Foundation is its founder Officer Robert Zeuner, who served 23 years in the Glen Ridge Police Department. Zeuner was diagnosed with Stage IV metastatic colorectal cancer in 2004. He was 39 years old. Medical experts gave him 2 years, but he lived for 9.
