Mayor’s Wellness Campaign Kicks-off 2017 with a Host of Fitness Activities

We told you about Montclair Mayor’s Wellness Campaign. Now, check out the great line-up of activities to jump-start the New Year. The 2017 kick-off event is Monday, January 9, 4:30-7:30 p.m. at Fire Headquarters, 1 Pine Street. There is a $10 registration fee.

Mayor's Wellness Campaign Kicks-off 2017 with a Host of Fitness Activities

The kick-off will have:

weigh-ins
– general nutrition and exercise presentation
– free health evaluations – appointments required: call 973-509-4970
– campaign event calendars
– free chair massages

Plus sponsors and partners will have exhibit booths:

The Township of Montclair, HackensackUMC Mountainside, the Montclair Board of Education, Montclair State University, Fleet Feet Sports of Montclair, the Montclair YMCA, Bike&Walk Montclair, the N.J. Bike & Walk Coalition, Montclair Business Improvement District, Montclair Public Library, Davis Integrated Medicine: Alfred Davis Jr., DC, Sister to Sister
