Montclair Culinary Academy will offer a few fun classes for adults this weekend. Learn how to make sushi and dumplings on Friday, February 24 at Designer Appliances (208 Bellevue Avenue, Montclair) and a delicious Sunday Brunch on February 26 at R.HOME Design Showroom (17 West Mt. Pleasant Avenue, Livingston)

Montclair Bread Co. (16 Lable Street, Montclair) is hosting a Doughnut Making Class on February 23 (18 Label Street, Montclair)  You’ll enjoy a hands-on lesson on making yeast raised & cake doughnuts, as well as how to make fillings & glazes using seasonal flavors.

Olive That! and More (246 Bellevue Avenue, Montclair) will offer a Oil 101 class on March 8. A fun, interactive 60-90 minute session, participants will leave with a sample of the shop’s signature extra virgin olive oils and a recipe for one of the snacks provided that evening.

Williams-Sonoma (630 Valley Road, Upper Montclair) has some great technique classes coming up in March: Learn how to make pour-over coffee using the Chemex coffeemaker and an Easter Baking class.

A little farther out of Baristaville, Kings Food Markets Cooking Studio in Short Hills offers great classes coming up. On February 24, learn how to whip up a Rustic Tuscan Dinner Party; On Monday, February 27 learn how to make Comfort Food Classics; and on March 3 enjoy a Couples Evening in Venice class.
