Mundo Vegan and SO Tasty Vegan Team Up To Offer Vegan Grab & Go Bowls and Pop-Up Dinners

Locals in search of healthy, delicious, quick meals now have a new one-bowl option in downtown Montclair. Fanny Fuentes-Phalon of Mundo Vegan and Sally Owens of SO Tasty Vegan have teamed up to offer Vegan Power Bowls that will fill you up without weighing you down. These tasty vegan bowls will be available in the take-out refrigerator at the front of Mundo Vegan to make meals convenient and quick.

Combinations will include curry chickpea quinoa and pesto with roasted vegetables. Chef Owens only uses organic produce, and all bowls will be gluten-free as well. Bowls will sell for $12-$13, and flavor combinations will vary each week.

In addition to the Grab & Go Vegan Bowls, Mundo Vegan and SO Tasty Vegan will host monthly Pop-Up Dinners starting in December, including a special February 14th dinner. Owens is excited about the partnership, “The values of Mundo Vegan are the perfect complement to my goals as a vegan chef. I’m thrilled to be able to offer healthy, creative meals to the community.”

Chef Fanny Fuentes-Phalon adds, “The partnership with SO Tasty Vegan is a natural fit for Mundo Vegan. We were looking for a more casual lunch option for our customers, and the flavors Sally creates are delicious and stick with our principles of using organic, whole ingredients.”
