Ankle Bracelets for Alleged Rapists

The two Montclair High football players accused of raping a schoolmate have been released to their parents and required to wear electronic ankle bracelets, according to today’s Star-Ledger.
The article includes an interview with the third gridder, David Julien, who left the scene before the alleged rape occured and was not criminally charged. Julien said he was resentful for getting a five-day suspension from school and being barred from playing football this week.
It also said that the school had workshops in place to try to prevent violent or sexual attacks by football players.
