Sue Hybertsen, pastor of Ridgewood Community Church, will speak on The Witches of Salem, Thursday at 1 pm at the Women’s Club of Glen Ridge, 219 Ridgewood Ave., Glen Ridge (free)…The Bible and Bob Dylan are among the offerings at the Academy for Religious Studies, a new adult school program offered by the Glen Ridge Congregational Church (more information online)….350 Years of Jews in America is the theme of Temple Ner Tamid’s adult education program this year (more information online)… Charles Thompson III on the History of the Poetry Slam, Sun. Oct. 17 at 2 pm at the Montclair Art Museum…AP radio correspondent Warren Levinson will speak on the Presidential election at Temple Ner Tamid, 936 Broad St., Bloomfield, on Sun., Oct. 24 at 2 pm (free).
