Shrimppapaya Montclair’s got a new restaurant and it’s not Italian. Little Saigon, A Taste of Vietnam, adds some decidedly exotic Asian flavor to the culinary landscape in Baristaville (and we’re not talking beef with broccoli). An import from Nutley, where it had quite a devoted following, Little Saigon’s just what we’ve been craving. For more photos and what to order, see the food page.

  1. Just curious: Where is Binh Duong in Bloomfield? I love Vietnamese food and I’m surprised I missed it.

  2. This is great news. When they were back in Nutley, the folks who ran Little Saigon were very nice indeed. They even appreciated my occasional efforts to chatter in Vietnamese, a bit of which I’d picked up while in the Army in you-know-where.
