ps – Although no one there wanted a video of the event, I’ll be posting a few clips on You Tube in a few days…as well as, submitting a show to tv-34…with some luck, they actually may air this very special program…we’ll see.
From what I hear, there were somewhere near 1000 people who attended. Not sure if that is accurate, but it sure looked like it. I ran into a lot of people I haven’t seen in years, but I’m finding out through Facebook there were many more that I missed. All in all I have to tip my hat to the organizers. Even with some earlier bumps, everything was pretty organized. I spoke to some alums who did not attend later yesterday evening, and they all regretted not going… Word had spread around town that the event was the place to be….
I am so sorry I missed it! It looked like a great time! Thanks to SJStreeter for taking, and sharing, the pictures!

I was there for a bit, and saw that the pic taken of me made it into the slideshow. Saw some friends I hadn’t seen in years. It was a nice time and the weather was decent too, if just a little hot.
I was there! I am a member of the NCCC-NJ (National Cervical Cancer Coalition)and we had a bake sale. All founding members are MHS Alumn! It was hot, and we didnt sell as many baked goods as we would have liked, but it was still a great day! On another note, I was sad to read in today’s paper about the tragic shooting of DeFarra Gaymon, who was in town for the reunion. It sounds like it was a terrible error on the part of the police, and my thougths are with his friends and family. What a tragedy. RIP. To those horrible unsympathetic posters (on NJ.Com) I guess no tragedies have ever touched your family- lucky you.
