Montclair may love Mandarin, but there’s a new language in town–Italian.
Let’s Play in Italian is opening its new location at Sharron Miller Academy for the Performing Arts Studio in Montclair. Program director, Catiana Celentano, founded Let’s Play in Italian in 2006 in Westfield. Originally known as Giochiamo in Italiano, the program quickly grew finding students and families in Hoboken, Scotch Plains, and Florham Park. Now Catiana wants to get Montclair kids speaking Italian.
Through use of a play-group method children, kids as young as 6 months to 3 years are introduced to Italian as a second language in a play-group setting. Play groups will be offered in Montclair on Tuesdays, starting on October 19. For more information feel free to visit the website , email or call 732.558.4781.
