Those in the market for an upscale townhouse will be busy this Sunday; there are at least seven showing. Nothing is open in Glen Ridge.

I just got my tax statement from the town. With a 20% increase in just 3 years, most tax bills around here are pretty hefty.

Hmm. Nice house on S. Mountain Terrace. Hoping the $1.1mm ask is one of those gambits to get multiple bids, otherwise values have dropped more than I would have thought, or it’s a distressed sale. I know lots of people paying over 40k in taxes for considerably less house, by the looks of it.
