There’s also a variety of styles available, most notably an ultra-modern Contemporary in Maplewood. New listings and reductions are plentiful.

  1. I am madly in love with the 4th house down with the vivid blue sky, and the all brick house. But….. At ^600,000 with $24,000 @ year in taxs….
    I not a buyer ! Unless I hit the big game in the next 2,3 or 4 weeks.

  2. We almost put a bid on 68 Cleveland in 1991. It was under $200k at the time and about $25K outside our price range, but, boy were we tempted.
