Also in town, this circa 1918 13-room Colonial stands out due to its size and price point. However, while the house is not structurally lacking, and has a good location, overlooking a park, some aspects of the interior are dated.  Notably, the kitchen, though large, will likely not appeal to those with a modern disposition. On the plus side, there is a two-bedroom suite on the first floor; beamed ceilings and a fireplace in the living room; and an open front porch and patio. There is a full, unfinished basement and two car detached garage.Open house 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The seven-room house was constructed in 1931. Open house 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Just reduced by $51,000, this circa 2002 10-room Colonial, located on a cul-de-sac, has numerous attributes. Among them: a custom kitchen; built-ins; moldings; thermal windows and doors; a fireplace; and central air. The master bedroom has a large bathroom and sitting room. There is a full, finished basement with a wine cellar, playroom, office and exercise area and two car attached garage. Situated close to transportation and shopping, this 11-room Victorian mixes old and new seamlessly. Defining characteristics like a large wraparound front porch, grand foyer and high ceilings remain, while much of the house has undergone a renovation. The kitchen was updated to include Carrera marble and an electric and gas oven and features a tile/glass backsplash. The large living room has a fireplace; there is a window seat and custom shades in the dining room. Electric is all new. In addition, there is central air and a paver patio. There is a finished, full basement and renovated two car detached garage. The house was built in 1910. Open house 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

  1. I am madly in love with the 4th house down with the vivid blue sky, and the all brick house. But….. At ^600,000 with $24,000 @ year in taxs….
I not a buyer ! Unless I hit the big game in the next 2,3 or 4 weeks.

  2. We almost put a bid on 68 Cleveland in 1991. It was under $200k at the time and about $25K outside our price range, but, boy were we tempted.
