Incident: Hindering Apprehension Arrest
Description: Officer Daniel Manley arrested Daryl Cuyler, 24 of Newark, N.J. for providing false information to law enforcement to conceal the fact that he had outstanding warrants. He was transported to headquarters for processing and turned over to the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office on their warrant.

Incident: Burglary
Description: Officer Michael Medico was dispatched to Midland Ave on a report of a burglary to a residence. Upon arrival the victim reported that their dog was barking which alerted the homeowner something was wrong. Officers checked the house finding an open basement window which was the point of entry. Incident: Burglary
Description: Officer Christopher Grogan was dispatched to Osborne St. to take a report of burglary. Upon arrival it was reported that the same garage that had been burglarized the day before was entered again. The homeowner noticed some items moved but appears nothing was taken. Incident: Criminal Mischief
Description: Officer Giuseppe Oliva was dispatched to the high school parking lot on a reported criminal mischief. Upon arrival he was met by a witness who observed a juvenile male scratch and damage several vehicles in the parking lot. The juvenile was located, taken into custody and transported to headquarters for processing. The juvenile, a high school student, was released to his mother. Description: While investigating a suspicious person, Officer Charles Roberts arrested Gregory Holley, 56 of Bloomfield, N.J. for outstanding warrants on Bloomfield Ave. He was transported to headquarters for processing and turned over to Bloomfield Police on their warrant.

Incident: Stolen Vehicle
Description: Officer Joseph Uliano was dispatched to Winsor Pl. to take a report of a stolen vehicle. The victim reported that unknown suspect(s) had just stolen their Red Ford Truck with a landscaping trailer attached. The trailer had numerous pieces of landscaping equipment valued at $18,730.00.

Incident: Recovered Stolen Vehicle
Description: While on patrol investigating a suspicious vehicle Officer Joseph Uliano discovered that the vehicle, a Ford van, was reported stolen from Montclair, N.J. There were no occupants in the vehicle at the time of recovery.

During this week the Glen Ridge Police Department investigated (6) motor vehicle accidents.
