We all know that losing weight is the most popular New Year’s resolution. It really makes the top of the list after we pig out during the holidays.
As parents, taking care of ourselves usually isn’t our first priority, but it should be. Getting healthy, fit and yes, even losing some weight to look better in those jeans, is a great goal. The key is finding a way to do just that that you will stick to. A great fitness studio helps.
dFIT, a personal and group training facility in Montclair opened last May in an old mill next to the Walnut Street train station. The studio is large enough to house three fitness studios and a full training floor with state-of-the-art equipment including cool stuff like: TechnoGym, Kinesis®, Jacob’s Ladder, TRX® Suspension and Rip Trainers. The studio is small enough to have created a tight-knit community of people working and playing hard together, which Baristanet wrote about here.
To help you get a great start and stick to your resolution this year, Barista Kids has an awesome giveaway. One lucky winner will receive a One Month Unlimited Group Training Pass to dFIT($195 value)!
