Well, she’s coming to Montclair, and Barista Kids is throwing her a bash!  We’ll be celebrating Jill Smokler, aka Scary Mommy, and her new book Confessions of a Scary Mommy with  food, fun, and strawberry cocktails at Trend Cafe on Friday, May 11th from 7:30 pm!
Barista Kids is excited to welcome the original Scary Mommy to read from her book and mix and mingle with other moms who believe that parenting should be a “No Judgment Zone.” It’s going to be a wickedly joyful night thanks to our local sponsors and all of you.

JG: Nope, don’t need to be a mommy. In fact, I think this book is a great baby shower gift. May as well get the REAL deal! And yes, it’s free. I just added that in. My subtlety is a problem more often than not. 😉
I may have to go just for the fun of it – and one of Holly’s elixirs.
Although I don’t feel the pressure to RSVP quickly since I have no interest in the blow job.
