Let Them Eat (Film Festival) Cookies!

Aren’t these the cutest things ever? Colleen Baird, co-owner of Le Baker’s Dozen, has really gotten into the Montclair Film Festival spirit with these film-themed cookies. Says mom and co-owner Therese Baird, “Instead of taking a box of popcorn in the theater, think of buying the popcorn cookies.”

The cookies are $3 apiece, and will be available at the counter through Saturday afternoon. If you want a bigger order, please call ahead: 973-746-2253. Le Baker’s Dozen, 206 Bellevue Avenue Montclair, is open 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

  1. Very clever. I’ll buy a few of them and bring them with me to the David Bromberg movie on Friday.

  2. I’ll pick one up on my way to the Bellevue on Saturday. The opening last night was really fun.

  3. I think this is what I’ll nibble on during Friday’s The Oversimplification of her Beauty. I like the yellow filmstrip cookies best.

  4. The Film Festival cookies were beautiful and delicious. Le Baker’s Dozen is a great place.
