Paul Brubaker Named PR Director for Menendez Campaign

Paul Brubaker, who has been a spokesman for Rep. Bill Pascrell for the past three years, has been appointed Communications Director for Sen. Robert Menendez’s 2012 campaign.

Brubaker worked with Congressman Pascrell during the months leading up to the passage of the health care reform legislation and near federal government shutdowns over the payroll tax cut and the national debt ceiling. He also worked with Pascrell’s campaign team that accomplished the Congressman’s most recent victory on Tuesday. In 2011, he managed Essex County Freeholder Brendan Gill’s campaign.

Prior to entering public relations, Brubaker, a Montclair resident, worked as a reporter for The Montclair Times and The Star Ledger.

Brubaker is scheduled to begin working with the Menendez campaign on June 18.
