Bob Ross Remixed: Everyday is a Good Day When You Paint

Back when I was in high school, my friends an I were obsessed with watching Bob Ross. I don’t know if he knew how popular he was with teens, but he was.  He was a gentle, positive guy with the best afro who had a show called The Joy of Painting on PBS, which ran from 1983 – 1994. Bob believed everyone could paint, and as a teen who loved art and majored in it in college, I believed in him. Watching him paint happy little clouds and happy little trees was hypnotic.

I loved him and I love this remix video of him even more. As much as I loved the trippy Mister Rogers Remix, Bob Ross is so suited for this.

I was assigned to chimney security today at middle school in the State of Washington, to prevent Betsy DeVoss from trying to climb in that way when she couldn't get in the front door. Protesters abounded below while I rode shotgun on the roof. We're with Montclair all the way. Glad you're here MontClairVoyant!
