Could You Use A Little Life Coaching?

“We all have pain. But we’re not meant to stay in suffering. You can get past it,” says Arlyce Anderson, a certified life coach and owner of Sublime Life Coaching in Montclair. Arlyce is hosting a workshop later this month to help people who want to make positive changes in their lives.

“If you are struggling with frustration, anger, boredom, sadness or loneliness, and are ready to make some changes–this workshop can help,” says Anderson. “It is never too late to reassess your life.”

Anderson says workshop attendees will examine the beliefs they hold about themselves that form their view of the world–their paradigm–and ask: “Are they actually true? Or were they once true, but no longer? Are they imaginary roadblocks in the pathway to becoming who you want to be?”

The workshop: A New Paradigm (Moving Forward by Letting Go) is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 21st, 2-5pm at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation, 67 Church St., Montclair.

To register, email or call (973) 699-3346. Workshop fee is $35.
