The Paper Boutique is having an outrageous sale on the items mentioned above–and lots more–in preparation for its move soon from Belleview Ave. to Valley Rd., in the former Laugh Out Loud, Life Is Good retail space. Patrice Sommerhalter, owner of the Paper Boutique–along with Montclair’s Learning Express and Pink Bungalow–says most items are priced well below cost.
