On Friday we reported that the Montclair Board of Education filed a “Notice of Impasse” on February 21, 2013 between itself and the Montclair Education Association (MEA) after contract negotiations stalled. Today we obtained a copy of the BoE’s February 7, 2013 “Counter Offer #5″—which according to the Notice of Impasse was the BoE’s “Last Best Offer.” We also obtained a copy of the MEA’s February 20, 2013 “Counter Offer.”
