If you have a child entering 9th grade at Montclair High School, make sure you go through the re-registration process by August 15.
All Montclair High School incoming 9th grade students from the three middle schools need to be re-registered to attend. Re-registration will take place at the high school on 100 Chestnut Street, through August 15, Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 8:30 am – 4 pm. There are no Friday hours. Specific room locations will be posted in the main lobby.
Evening hours will take place from 4 pm to 8 pm* on the following dates only
- Wednesday, July 17
- Thursday, July 25
- Monday, July 29
- Tuesday, August 6
- Wednesday, August 14
* Parents should arrive no later than 7:45 pm to complete the re-registration process during evening hours.
You’ll be required to submit residency verification documents in accordance with the registration process of the Montclair Public Schools. According to the district,this process is being enacted under the district policy P-5118 in an effort to update, verify, and document the residency of all students moving from grade eight into grade
nine at Montclair High School.
