Incident: Robbery

Description: Officers were dispatched to the area of Bloomfield Ave. and Hillside Ave. on a report of a robbery that had just occurred. The victim walked into headquarters and reported that a man approached him asking where a bus stop is, at that time the victim was thrown to the ground a cell phone was taken by the suspect who fled the scene. Description: Officer Joseph Uliano was dispatched to Lincoln St. on a report of a theft. The victim reported that sometime during the day unknown suspect(s) removed a package from their front porch. Description: The manager from Bottle King made a report of a theft. The manager reported that an employee had dropped money in a garbage can and it was disposed of. The matter was turned over to the detective bureau for investigation.

Description: A resident from Belleville Ave. walked into headquarters to report a theft. The victim reported that unknown suspect(s) stole their EZ Pass and has been using it in several locations.

During this week the Glen Ridge Police Department investigated (7) motor vehicle accidents which 5 resulted in no injury, and 2 resulted in minor injury.
