Montclair Historical Society Offers Help For Preserving Family History

Maria-and-Joseph-Ortoleva-1918-19We all have old videos, films, photographs, and slides — maybe stowed in closets and drawers — that tell our families’ history. The Montclair Historical Society is partnering with Innovative Document Imaging, a leading provider of professional digital imaging services, to help you preserve your family treasures. Drop off your photos, slides, videos, and films at the Montclair Historical Society and they’ll return a few weeks later with everything in digital format – a CD, DVD, or flash drive.

A price list can be found on by clicking on the “Preserve Your Family History Event.” Twenty percent of the proceeds benefit the ongoing preservation and education efforts of the Montclair Historical Society.

Drop off this Saturday, October 12 from 11 am to 2 pm at 108 Orange Road, Montclair. For more information, please call 973-744-1796.
