I’m waiting for the parade of comments about how great the Montclair real estate market is and how much better it is in Montclair then the rest of the country and the world at large. When in reality, sellers list below market value to instigate multiple offers on their overpriced and depreciating property.

No parade of comments, redrum, just this one . . . your disdain and contempt for all things Montclair is a source of repetitive boredom and all too apparant here. Go join your fellow misanthrope cather in another county.

And by the way, it will come as a suprise to no one that redrum spelled backwards is murder.

    Ingenious.

Imma just let that marinate with everyone for a little while.

silverleaf, you have arrived at the redrum party about 3 decades too late. Please do the world a favor and go crawl back under the rock you have been living under since 1980.

Duh . . . Jack Torrance wannabee. Go run a hotel in the Colorado Rockies.

Why move to Colorado to operate a questionable hotel venture when I could stay in town and open up shop in the CentroVerde hotel that the planning board keeps making bigger? Cathar and I could drink bourbon at the bar and make snide remarks all day.

    Yes, you and cathar.

So “open up shop” really means public display of a drinking problem. I know Montclair is arty but is that art or just sad ?

And we can get this project completed in time for Montclair's sesquicentennial when we can stick a fork into historic preservation as a public policy.
