The Montclair Board of Adjustment hears and acts on zoning variance applications and appeals from rulings and determinations arising from the enforcement of Township zoning ordinances.

The public hearing before the Zoning Board of Adjustment will be held tonight, Wednesday, February 19, at 7:30 pm (council chambers).

    Well, were adjustments made? Or were they deferred, tabled, moved, discussed, postponed, reiterated…?

    Nope. There were no applications, no referrals from Council, no Master Plan discussion or sub-committees to report something.

    It was so bad that the Township ended up linking an old Planning Board Agenda to the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting.

    I don’t know Twin Peaks, but I do know that HomeCorp is afraid to appear before them.
