RIP Rosemary Leone

Rosemary LeoneRosemary Leone, ¬†founder of Leone’s Restaurant in Montclair, passed away on Saturday, April 5, 2014.

Leone was born and raised in Newark, N.J., before moving to Bloomfield 30 years ago. Leone was best known for her Montclair restaurants, Mexicali Rose and Leone’s with her son. We got to see Leone’s personality on an episode of Kitchen Nightmare’s with Gordon Ramsey in 2011.
