Inclusion Works Foundation  is a non-profit educational public charity. Its mission is to “promote equity & access to a quality inclusive education for all children!” Inclusion Works is dedicated to serving youth of all abilities, parents, providers, the community, and its national partners each and every day. It partners with groups that offer quality support for youth.

Founder and Chairperson, Kim Williams Clark, Esq. says, “Inclusion means that “everyone  matters! It is the acceptance of all students and promotes belonging in the classroom and beyond.”

As a parent, she was faced with many obstacles in search of welcoming inclusive schools for her son Lee “Wesley” Clark II, who has Downs Syndrome. After becoming a fearless advocate for inclusion and identifying welcoming environments for Wesley and youth of varied abilities – she was led to form Inclusion Works. Wesley is enrolled in a general education kindergarten class at the Edgemont Montessori School and he is a source of daily inspiration for the work that the foundation does.
