Heart of A Giant: Vote For Montclair’s Elijah Robinson

elijahMontclair High School quarterback Elijah Robinson has been nominated for the USA FOOTBALL – HEART OF A GIANT Award presented by the New York Giants and the Hospital for Special Surgery.

The Heart of a Giant presented by Hospital for Special Surgery program recognizes players from the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, CT) who embody what it means to possess the “Heart of a Giant.” Players who continuously display commitment, determination, will, character and teamwork as part of their respective high school football teams will be honored through the program.

Your vote counts, and if Elijah wins, Montclair High School Football program receives a grant for football equipment.

Montclair’s Toni’s Kitchen Launches Backpack Food Program for Tutoring Students

Yes, we’ve all heard of Barbie, the fashion doll young girls have been playing with for more than half a century. Now, a newcomer to the market, the Lammily doll, is making headlines as the anti-Barbie and she may just be the next big thing.

Barbie backlash is not new. Critics have long debated whether a doll with such improbable proportions sends a healthy message to children. One man, Nickolay Lamm, started to wonder what Barbie would look like if she had the build of the average American 19 year old.
