Angel’s Red Shoes
- 2 oz of Angel’s Envy Port barrel finish bourbon
- .25 oz of Pedro Jimenez Sherry
- .5 oz of cranberry spice syrup (Bring all to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes and then strain):
- 1 bag of fresh cranberries
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 cups of water
- 5 anise stars
- 6 cinnamon sticks
- 8 allspice berries
Stir and serve over large cube of ice with fresh cranberries and an orange twist.
