MPL hosts certified life and parent coaches to address work/life balance issues
On Saturday, January 10 from 1 to 4 p.m., Montclair Public Library will host its final in a series of workshops to address work/life balance issues faced by working mothers. The afternoon will bring together like-minded women in a safe atmosphere of sharing and support. Attendees will engage in discussions that will inspire working moms to take action towards creating a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Led by Arlyce Anderson, a Certified Life Coach, and Mary Funari, a PCi Certified Parent Coach, the workshop will provide a supportive community for women to identify major stressors, tune into feelings and needs, and get support and inspiration to try to create more joy in everyday life. Attendees will participate in break-out groups and reflective exercises.
This event is free and open to the public, and the library is handicapped accessible. For more information on this event or to register, please visit www.montclairlibrary.org/calendar or call 973-744-0500 ext. 2235.
