MHS Students Organize Benefit Concert for Montclair Volunteer Ambulance Unit



Juniors from Montclair High School have organized a concert featuring rock bands from the across the Northeast to benefit the Montclair Volunteer Ambulance Unit. The concert will be held on Saturday, June 13 from 5 pm to 9 pm at 29 Edgewood Road in Montclair.

The bands that will be performing are comprised of teen musicians, and include:

  • The Subcultures (from Caldwell)
  • Tula Vera (from Montclair)
  • RoswellDebacle (from Princeton)
  • Minnesota Oil Expletive (from Montclair)
  • Jacobus (from Montclair, Caldwell, and Nutley)
  • Southern Queers (from Philadelphia)
  • Feudalism (from Clifton)

Admission to the concert will be $2, with all proceeds going to the Montclair Volunteer Ambulance Unit. For more info, visit the concert’s Facebook page.

  1. Way to go students! We have a lot of arguments about education, tests, achievement etc. ad nauseum, but all that aside we really have great kids here in Montclair.
