Local fitness expert, Bill McHugh, and nutrition guru, Julie Cohen, have partnered up to write the Balanced and Whole 21 Day Jumpstart Program because they realized that so many people need a step by step guide to help them initiate a healthy living plan. McHugh and Cohen’s exercise and nutrition program gets you up and going quickly, while also helping you to break unhealthy habits and form better eating and exercise behaviors for long term wellness. It also provides exercise instructions, sample meals and recipes and all the tools required to live a more balanced life.
A 15 minute food & exercise demo will take place at the top of each hour and the book will be available throughout the event for purchase and signing.
