Montclair Public Library’s Lincoln Center Local Free Screenings series continues with an outdoor screening of the Harlem Renaissance Orchestra on Wednesday, July 20. Enjoy a swinging night under the stars on the plaza in front of MPL.
These guardians of Harlem’s musical traditions turn to the music of Basie, Ellington, Lionel Hampton, and Illinois Jacquet. Over the past two decades, HRO has performed in some of the most prestigious Concert Halls, Jazz Festivals and in many other events.
