Incident: Fraud
Description: Officer Wilk responded to Midland Avenue where he met with the caller who reported that an unidentified party had opened up several bank accounts in his name. This matter is under investigation and anyone with information is requested to contact D/Sgt. Daniel Manley at 973-748-5400 x 115.

Incident: Theft
Description: Officer Matthew Perigo responded to Douglas Road where he met with the victim who reported that several packages were not delivered to the residence on Sept. 3rd, 2016. The shipping company reported that the items were delivered on September 3rd, 2016. This matter is under investigation and anyone with information is requested to contact D/Sgt. Daniel Manley at 973-748-5400 x 115.

Incident: Unlawful Use of Credit Cards
Description: Officer Grogan responded to Bay street where he met with the victim. The victim reported that an unidentified party had utilized his credit cards after purchasing an item from a store. This matter is under investigation and anyone with information is requested to contact D/Sgt. Daniel Manley at 973-748-5400 x 115.


During this week the Glen Ridge Police Department investigated (7) motor vehicle accidents.
