YMCA of Montclair offers a full-day Staycation program for President’s Day, Monday February 21, for kids grades 1 to 6, with activities including gym time, games, swimming, crafts and more. Register by February 18.
President’s Day for Kids at Montclair History Center
Bring your kids to the Crane House and Historic YWCA and through hands-on activities and crafts, they’ll discover how our past presidents (and their wives and children) lived. Activities include an interactive timeline with artifacts, making a log cabin, hearth cooking, play-acting George Washington’s Rules of Civility by the hearth fire, making your own money, and a Symbols of Our Country scavenger hunt.

In a race against time, Minecrafters are sent on an adventure to solve the mystery of “The Great Explorer.” All the adventurers work together in a single Minecraft world to find nine clues, while exploring strange places. Note: Players will re-generate if their life is lost.
