Try a class at the YMCA of Montclair’s Park Street Branch! It’s a great way to learn something new, achieve your fitness goals, and meet new people. Plus, the Y’s lineup has something for everyone—fitness, sports, swim, wellness lectures and more!

The Y’s Spring 1 session offers great new programs, including Sensory Inclusion Playgroup for kids ages 7-10, Spring Travel Basketball teams for boys and girls, math tutoring, teen trips, lifeguard and first aid certification/re-certification classes, Adult Intro to Yoga, an indoor triathlon, volunteer opportunities, and much more! In addition, new sessions are starting soon of the Y’s 10 Weeks to a 10K Training Program, Diabetes Exercise Program and our full array of youth swim classes.

Registration for spring programs is underway at the YMCA’s Park Street Branch, 25 Park Street, Montclair. The Spring 1 session starts February 20. For more information about the Y’s Spring 1 session, please visit http://bit.ly/2lQbqqe
