Montclair Public Library, for the fifth year, will participate in National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo), a project aimed at encouraging would-be novelists to finish their first drafts. This year, in partnership with The Write Group, the library will host a series of inspiring events.

Below is the schedule of events:

· 11/2 – NaNoWriMo Strategies & Writing Exercises with Kyrce Swenson – 7pm-9pm
· 11/9 – How A Writing Group Can Help You Write with Carl Selinger of The Write Group – 7pm-9pm
· 11/15 – Online Marketing, Branding and Blogging Tips for Writers with Hillary DePiano – 7pm-8pm
· 11/30 – Converting Your Manuscript to an eBook with Hank Quense – 7pm-9pm

In addition, the Library is opening up its cafe space every Tuesday from 10am-8pm in November so that local authors have a supportive environment in which to work on their writing.

The NaNoWriMo program is free and open to the public, and the library is handicapped accessible. Call (973) 744-0500 ext. 2235 or visit www.montclairlibrary.org/nanowrimo for more information.

Sad. Let's hope that this is not its "Last Tango." One of the most beautiful and iconic buildings in town. Valentino, Garbo, Keaton must have played there.
