01-15-2019 (Lincoln Street) A 16yoa female was jogging on Lincoln Street at approximately 7:50pm when she observed a dark colored sedan pull up along side her. The victim believes she had also observed this sedan in Glen Ridge, earlier in her run. When the vehicle stopped, she observed the operator to be exposing himself. This suspect is described as an African American male in his late 20’s, with a bald head.
01-15-2019 (Salute, Glenridge Avenue) Theft of a backpack belong to store employees. The suspects are described as two African American males approximately 5’5″, slim build, wearing all black with black ski masks

01-17-2019 (Walnut Parkway) An unlocked vehicle was rummaged through, but nothing reported missing.
01-17-2019 (Montclair Avenue) Theft of a laptop from an unlocked motor vehicle.
01-17-2019 (High Street) Burglary to a garage. A bicycle was taken in this incident. The main garage door appears to have been pried open to gain access.
01-17-2019 (Vera Place) Theft of cash from an unlocked motor vehicle.
01-18-2019 (Crestmont Road) Theft of a 2006 white Ford F250 Pickup truck.
01-19-2019 (High Street) Attempted burglary to a garage. A window was smashed, but access was not gained to the structure.
01-19-2019 (Orange Road) Burglary to a garden shed. Two bicycles were taken in this incident.
01-15-2019 (Bloomfield Avenue) An unknown person threw a rock at a passing vehicle, denting its rear door.
01-15-2019 (Glenridge Avenue) Through investigation, A 31-year-old Delaware man was arrested and charged with two counts of Receiving Stolen Property and Possession of CDS. These charges are related to delivered package thefts in the Church Street area.
01-20-2019 (South Willow Street) Officers responded to a report of an altercation. During this altercation, the victim, an 18yoa Montclair female, sustained a scratch ending in a small puncture to her skin (thigh area). The suspect, Mr. Jacob Raia (22yoa from Montclair) was found to be in possession of a razor blade. He was arrested in a parking lot across the street and charged with Simple Assault and Weapons Offenses.
