Montclair Police responded to a report of an altercation Sunday on South Willow Street. During this altercation, the victim, an 18yoa Montclair female, sustained a scratch ending in a small puncture to her skin (thigh area).

The suspect, a 22-year-old Montclair man was found to be in possession of a razor blade. He was arrested in a parking lot across the street and charged with Simple Assault and Weapons Offenses.
