Aging in MontclairAging In Montclair (AIM) invites the community to their July Saturday Social on July 27th from 2-4pm in the AIM Senior Hub located in the Salvation Army Building at 13 Trinity Place in Montclair in the “Coffee Booth” on the middle level.

Guest speaker Jessica Serdikoff, dietitian, returns to suggest some no-cook, healthy meals that will be nourishing and easy to make this summer. She completed the Chef Training Program at the Natural Gourmet Institute of New York City, one of the nation’s leading holistic and health-minded culinary schools. Jessica’s passion “lies in helping individuals be their own health advocates, healing relationships with food and self, and holistically nourishing their bodies.” She’ll share her favorite summer recipes and answer questions.

Join old and new friends at AIM, share summer stories, enjoy free refreshments and go home with new recipes.

Please park in the garage under the building and enter through the garage elevator to the middle level. Outside doors are locked on the week-end.
