Experience A Full Moon Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath Event

Join Woven Green and Zura Montclair for a very special Full Moon music and yoga event at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation at Montclair on Saturday, September 14, from 7:30 to 9:30 PM in the Sanctuary (doors open at 7:00 PM). UUCM is located at 67 Church Street, Montclair, NJ.

Award-winning musicians and sound healers, Jim and Ashley Cash of Woven Green, are teaming up with Beth Smith and Dante Sterling of Zura Montclair, to create a unique and blissful evening of music, yoga, and healing sounds. The first part of the evening will commence with a heart opening, all levels yoga class, focusing on the connection of breath to gentle movement with live music performed by Woven Green. This restorative class will flow right into an extended savasana – hour-long Sound Bath immersion, led by Jim and Ashley, who seamlessly weave the sounds of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, native flutes and drums, nature sounds, vocal toning, wind gong, and stringed instruments creating textures of soothing melodies and harmonies and gentle rhythms that quickly envelop listeners in a healing sonic field.

This event includes a children’s program with music by Rachel Kohn of Rachel Kohn Music and a yoga class with Priyal Dubal, providing your children with their own blissful evening!

Audiences report profound transcendental experiences, enhanced inner vision, and stress relief. You won’t want to miss it! Bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for an hour of bliss! (chairs also provided).

$15 in advance, $20 at the door, $30 for the whole family. Register here.
