Sponsored: Fall Programs At The YMCA of Montclair

Fall is a great time to join the YMCA of Montclair.

If you join now through September 22nd – there’s NO Joiner’s Fee plus you get a choice of two free 30-minute personal training sessions or one free Kids’ Night Out plus Y Gear.

The YMCA of Montclair WELCOMES ALL in the community to join us on the path to a healthier lifestyle. There is something for everyone, including childcare, fitness classes, health and wellness events, dancing, cycling, or swimming. So come down and check out what we have to offer!

Registration is open for the following programs and require an additional fee:

Learn to Swim Program: Lessons are offered year-round for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Our lessons emphasize water safety, skill and stroke development. Sign up for group, private and semi-private lessons. The Y has a strong commitment to water safety so swim classes are open to the community even if you are not a Y member.

Geyer Preschool Readiness: The YMCA’s Preschool Readiness Program provides a stimulating environment for children ages 2-4 to play and learn while developing the physical, verbal, and social skills they’ll need to succeed as they start school.

Youth Fitness: We offer a wide range of Youth Fitness classes, including group training, yoga, cycling, a running club, and more!

Personal Training: Our personal training offers something for everyone. Check out the Vertimax, a state-of-the-art machine that provides cutting edge training to athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Or try one-on-one weight training, stretching, yoga, and Pilates which provides huge benefits for overall health.

Registration is open now for the Fall 1 session, which begins on Monday, September 9.

The Fall 2 session registration opens on Monday, October 14 for Kinder and New Members, and Monday, October 21 for Community Members. Fall 2 Session begins on Monday, October 28.
