Big SNOW at American Dream Celebrates Opening With Olympians

You don’t have to wait for a snow day.

Big SNOW, the country’s first indoor real-snow ski and snowboard park at American Dream, opened to the public Thursday and Olympic gold medalists and Santa Claus were on hand to celebrate.

Olympic skiers Lindsey Vonn and Donna Weinbrecht and snowboarders Kelly Clark and Red Gerard came for the grand opening, riding on one of the park’s four indoor lifts.

A 180,000 square-foot snow center offering varied experiences for all skill levels and ages; Big SNOW offers professional and student training, family ski vacation preparation, private lessons, children’s instructional programs and more.
