Temple Ner Tamid Hosts Conversation with Montclair NAACP President

In honor of Martin Luther King, Jr.’s legacy, join Temple Ner Tamid (936 Broad St., Bloomfield) for the Erev Shabbat service on Friday, January 17 at 6:30 p.m. when Rabbi Katz joins in conversation with Albert Pelham, executive director of Montclair Neighborhood Development Corporation and president of the Montclair Chapter of the NAACP, where they’ll discuss a host of issues including civil rights today, the legacy and future of African American and Jewish partnership, and joint responses to hate. All are welcome.
